Reserve Series
A series of varietal wines, usually consisting of a blend of wines from several different vineyards. Each wine is vibrant and aged individually, while winemakers perform frequent tastings that allow them to create an accurate blend for each wine. As part of the winery's philosophy, the Reserve series takes care to host special varieties in each vintage, in order to create unconventional wines in the Israeli wine landscape. This combination of timeless loves such as Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, alongside new adventures of unconventional varieties such as Pinotage, make the series unique of its kind.
