Cabernet Sauvignon

 This is the ultimate expression from Barkan Winery. The wine originates in four plots in the Upper Galilee, which have a long history of excellence. These plots were harvested at the optimum time. The wines underwent a relatively warm fermentation and maceration on its skins, which allows for deep extraction of color, aromas and flavors. The various resulting wines were aged in small French oak barrels. Regular tastings through the 21 month period in barrel, allow the winemaking team to select those showing the best quality, complexity and harmony. ; The final wine is selected only from the finest of these barrels. The wine shows aromas, flavors and complexity with the ability for future cellaring.
